This page explains how Walls work on d Wiki and the guidelines for using them. Administrators are encouraged to edit it to match this community's rules.
What is a Wall?
Every registered user has a personal Wall — a threaded message board on their user page where anyone can leave public messages, ask questions, and start discussions. It replaces the traditional user talk page with a friendlier, conversation-style interface. You can reach a user's Wall from the Wall tab on their user page, or at Special:Wall.
Community guidelines
- Be respectful. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Personal attacks, harassment, and hate speech are not tolerated.
- Stay on topic. Keep each thread focused on one subject and give it a clear, descriptive title.
- No spam or advertising. Do not post promotional links or repetitive messages.
- Respect privacy. Never share other people's personal information.
Moderation
Users with the appropriate rights can close, delete, move, and merge threads to keep Walls tidy. All administrative actions are recorded in the Wall log.
